The short version
nexuspoint.co.uk does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or any other third-party tracker, and the Site stores nothing on your device to remember you between visits.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They can be used for essential functions such as security, or to track people across websites. Similar technologies include local storage and device fingerprinting. We use none of the tracking kinds.
Analytics without cookies
We measure how the Site is used with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is designed to be privacy-first: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage and does not fingerprint your device. We see only aggregated figures, such as how many people viewed a page, which browsers and countries visits came from, and how quickly pages loaded. Nothing it collects identifies you, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Strictly necessary security cookies
The Site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. If Cloudflare needs to check that a visitor is not an automated attack, it may set strictly necessary cookies for a short time. These are used only to protect the Site and are exempt from the consent requirements of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare | Distinguishes people from automated traffic as part of bot protection. | Up to 30 minutes |
| cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Records that a security challenge has been passed so you are not asked again. | Up to 30 minutes |
These cookies are only set when protection is triggered; most visits will see none at all.
The enquiry form
Submitting the enquiry form sends your details to our team by email. It does not set a cookie or store anything in your browser. How we handle those details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, Facebook and other websites take you away from nexuspoint.co.uk. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because the Site does not rely on cookies, blocking them will not affect how it works for you, although Cloudflare’s security checks may occasionally ask you to complete a challenge.
Changes and contact
If we ever introduce cookies that need your consent, we will update this policy and ask for consent before they are set. Questions about cookies on the Site can be sent to the addresses alongside.
